Good to see the new road markings on Sarsfield Bridge reminding motorists to travel at 30kph or below. Most motorists do so anyway but some don't. Sarsfield Bridge is a very important pedestrian route in and out of the city centre and it's important that it's safe for them.

Taking the bus from Castletroy into Limerick, during peak Friday afternoon traffic, some observations. 1. The current payment system which requires passengers to tap their Leap Card one by one as they board is archaic and really slows things down. It reduces the advantage of the bus over cars.
