Graft mechanisms in perennial plants are still largely unknown and complex to study as graft union formation and spring-induced dormancy release occur in parallel. Here, we tried to dissect responses from dormancy release, wounding, bud influence, homo- and hetero-grafting. Thanks to all coauthors!!
