Today I took one package of smoked Portuguese sausage, 3 cans white beans, some chopped carrots and celery and chicken broth and put it in the slow cooker. The sausage seasons the broth perfectly. Now I am adding a bag of spinach (sometimes I use kale) & it’ll be done. I’ll freeze 2/3 for 2+meals. 😋

psa for people trying to make cheap meals at home. I have been seeing a lot of crazy receipts with so much $$ on premade, unhealthy food. If you need ideas for cheap recipes, hit me up. I make some great inexpensive ones with no processed foods. It isn’t that hard to eat well and cheap.

Here is my post I made last week about fighting aggressive cancer this year and how being a swiftie helped me. Taylor deserves the best birthday ever. No hate allowed on my tl.

I think one of the most interesting things about social media is finding out how people can see the same thing and have wildly different takes. I, for one, would love to spend the day before my birthday making sick children feel happy. How lucky would you be to be able to do that just by being you!

I have been liking every one of the hospital posts. I hope you all know how much these visits mean to the children, the families, and the hospital staff. When I was going through chemo even a visit from the therapy dog made my day, if Taylor showed up? - wow - smiles in hard times mean so much.

This is a long thread but it is important to me if I share. In May of 2023 I was diagnosed with a particularly aggressive form of breast cancer. Even though I am relatively young, it was still extremely important that I start chemo right away to try to stop the growth and spread. 🧵

Not to be that person but it is probably a good time to remember that these eras tour shows are for the live audience and not for our masterminds or even our livestreams. Outfit repeating means nothing to the crowd. She is capturing something and I am sure we will all love the result.
