Makeup girlies!! I need recs for a skin tint/buildable foundation! I have dry skin (can be oily in t-zone) and some redness/rosacea. The main thing is that I want to cover the redness and even my skin tone BUT I still want my freckles to show through and be fairly natural looking w/o spending $$$
