So many amazing volunteers had our backs today on the last day of early voting! We have already accomplished an incredible amount with this campaign and for the first time in history the seat of Moreton has a real chance of turning Green!

Migrants have not caused this housing crisis. This is a lie peddled by the top end of town and the two major parties who rely on donations from the big banks and corporations that benefit off this broken system.

I was honoured to be invited by the Yeronga RSL to lay a wreath at our local Anzac Day service this morning, taking a moment to reflect on the horror and futility of war, and the importance of advocating for peace and justice for everyone around the world.

Today I joined a snap action in Runcorn, to stop a local renter from being evicted into homelessness. The two major parties are sitting back while renters cop unlimited increases and get evicted into homelessness. Rents and house prices are out of control.

Moreton, our beautiful and diverse community never ceases to amaze me. How do we build bridges for better understanding and appreciation? One way is by sharing the things we love with people from other cultures.
