Why doesn't #Kali #Linux issue fully patched ISOs? I just downloaded and installed the latest release, and there are 1298 updates pending in the apt repo. It takes an hour to install all that on my hardware, and involves two reboots to complete. 😠

So, tonight’s bus home was actually warmer than our office today. Apparently the heating system at work failed to reset to occupied temperature levels after the holiday, so we spent most of the day in our coats. Hopefully it’ll be warmer tomorrow.

Back to work today, prepping for a software update and 60 classroom computer re-imaging. Then, next week, I’ve got to check and update 24 industrial control system teaching boxes and 20 IoT collections for our next set of #CyberSecurity lessons. 🤓 In education, everything is cyclical. #technicians
