Does anyone know a free software where I can just import a bunch of animation frames and use it to put them together into an animation with or without loop? Krita's rendering is weird and doesn't seem to work for what I need.

So there is this assholish new law in Brazil forcing (under a high fine) age verification in every platform they can think of. I don't know if bluesky, FA, patreon or discord will be affected. But if something goes off with my online activity, that will be why. (Please REPOST this is IMPORTANT)
