Anyone know of a good handwriting to print app for a touch screen laptop? I need to take notes more efficiently when I read (and have the notes searchable), but I work so much better when I write notes down by hand. I wish there was a way I could do both.

When I first encountered the Hart-Devlin debate, I never understood Devlin's account. I could describe it (I was a good student), but not understand it. Lately I feel like I understand it more. And relate to it even less. I wonder: Is it me maturing, or the world becoming (and being) what it is?
