Lots of very smart people have been working on this for a *very* long time. So pleased to see it out in the world.

I spent three years in my youth working at McDonald's and a) I HAVE A LOT OF STORIES and b) chicken w/cheese + ketchup was the best thing you could make yourself on an average break. This new one, from the new McDs 'Secret Menu' has a beef patty in it. It's weird but not terrible. I liked it.

It might not look like much, but I do think this is quite possibly the best gravy I've ever made. Doing Christmas twice has meant that I've been able to use the stock I made from the turkey... in the gravy I usually make. 🤯💥🤤
