the flashbacks of my teenage years started haunting me in the last couple of days from the drowning waves of the suppressed emotions, it was hard to swim back to surface and see what's happening to me rn #vent

wanted to start finally working by my schedule (still on to stick by it), but my body fought really hard against it yesterday. idk when was the last time i had this rough kind of panic attack, also having pain at several points in my body did not help to trigger the attacks more. (╥﹏╥)

it's really hard to break old habits such as watching others having fun and being scared so much to interact i keep 80% of my thoughts / stuff i want to say to myself, because... no reasons though. i hate how i am really bad in starting conversations, or making friends, or just...existing socially.
