I'm gutted to share that little Amelia sadly passed away this evening; peacefully, in no pain, with her family around her. Thank you everyone who sent cards, to help make her wish come true - 8000 cards for her 8th Birthday, became 342,000. You made a poorly girl very happy in her last few weeks. xx
