Update: that was entirely a bust - apparently "switch it off and switch it on again" does not cure something that the broadband speed test immediately said, "Ooh, you need an engineer to fix this". I will still play demos, but I will post recordings to YouTube. Stay tuned for details.

Actually ... going to try kicking the router and doing a test run with SiMarket Cloth Simulator, and going to start now because it's only 15 minutes or so and it's better to know than not.
