I must admit, I haven't been watching a lot of movies this year, so here is my #lastfourwatched over the course of a couple weeks. I swear I still participate in #LetterboxdFriday for #flimnsky I've just been busy!

Ok, I just need to rant for a second. Back in 2011 I read the run of Carnage comics by Zeb Wells and loved it. It introduced one of my favourite symbiote: Scorn. I then read Carnage U.S.A. because of her and it was fine. But then she fell off the map...because she makes a quick cameo and dies????

This might be a hot take but... ...I'm just not clicking with Karnivool. I've given IN VERSES a dozen spins now and no matter how many times I try it's just not doing anything for me. And this is the hardest kind of review to get off the ground because it's like: 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

It's wild watching the new Scrubs episodes! I was in high school when they first aired, and I remember watching them each week and talking about them with my friends. Now that I work in a high school, it feels like, much like J.D. things are coming full circle.

It's really hard to be mad at this overblown and bloated special deluxe edition of Tales From Topographic Oceans since it follows the spirit of the studio album. But only 1 live version of The Remembering??? Really???? In the whole 10 1/2 hours of music you only have 1 version??

It's my favourite time of year! Watching figure skating on mute and providing my own music for them to skate to ;)

One of the things I want to get back into is comic collecting. I loved getting random issues as a kid and pouring over the art and stories. I'm slowly on the hunt for all appearances of the Red She-Hulk, so this will help with that 😁

I've got a couple of NY Resolutions: Only one frugal purchase per month Less time on social media Actually try with my make up and fashion this year instead of just thinking about it Dump more books if they don't click. No more just "powering through it" Being ok with taking time for myself
