Early this morning, Caracas was bombed after weeks of Trump threatening a U.S. invasion of Venezuela. Tonight, Chicago took to the streets to say NO WAR WITH VENEZUELA. This illegal, unconstitutional attack bypassed Congress and violates international law. No Kings in America. Congress must act.
