There are so many heroes in Overwatch that are unfun to play against right now

A 🧵: I've been watching some #splatoon and #compsplatoon recently and it reminded me of how competitive Splatoon was my lifeline during the worst part of my life and how special it was for me to play with the people I played with and feel a sense of belonging when I had none.

This seems like the time where those people who really were going to be ready to oppose a tyrannical government with guns are supposed to show up in full force and stop the tyranny, but shockingly(!) this hasn't happened.

A reminder that members of Congress no longer feel the need to be serving in the interest of their constituents or the public at large because there are billions of dollars invested in lobbying by corporations, and until Citizens United gets tossed they won't feel that obligation to be productive.

I have DDR originals that span probably 12 or so years that I've transferred from computer to computer that have never seen the light of day. Maybe next year is the year I finally do something with them, or they'll still sit in a folder in purgatory as they always have.
