I just booked Frankenstein in to see the vet (nothing serious just a general health check). Which also means I had to explain to the vet with a straight face that my cat’s name is Frankenstein

I have something exciting happen after work today. Which is fun and all but now work feels like it’s taking forever.

I got an ad for a meal delivery app which was hilarious for 2 reasons. 1- it features an image of a Chinese takeout from my small hometown nobody knows the name of. 2- The delivery app in question isn’t available in my hometown. 💀

My new yarn turned up yesterday which means I get to start my next big project!! It’s an Alpaca Merino blend so it’s very soft. I’m going to have another go at a cable knit sweater, since after I last tried I feel like I’ve improved my knitting skills by a bunch!

Just got back from EUIC today! Met a lot of lovely people old and new and had a great time. I also won (?!) a new friend! I’ve had a long week. I am very tired and I’m looking forward to a cuppa in my new mug and a nice long nap!

Another thing is that I still need to work out what 3D modelling software to use, for my iPad. I need to sit down and look at my options when I have a moment.

I can’t remember if I posted this to Bluesky as I’ve been pre occupied, but uh, my 3D printer broke on me. Thankfully I have the spare parts it’s just actually doing it that scares me a little.
