There’s a short pause before theit lips collide.

He held it outright. It wasn’t long before he shifted back to his hunky, nerdy human form.~.

He just takes her hand. “Yes.”

“ It is mutual.”

He nodded. “I feel something about you, Ivy. Your interest in me…..”

He can feel Ivy’s thoughts even as he tries to keep his composure & not make it obvious.

“ I should take you to my homeland some time. You’ll find many people there who share your sentiments about nature.”

“ That is not exactly how I would define it but who am I to tell you the interpretation.” He remarked.

“ What do you mean? I do not hear ‘Mother Earth’. The Green exists in many places beyond Earth.” “ The Green is much more expansive….its what makes being Swamp Thing difficult as it is.”

“ Really now? Any particular reason?”

“ I had no choice. The Parliament are always changing & things are rapidly changing.”

“ I see. Since then, my powers have evolved. I possess Allec’s memories too. With it comes clarity, such as understanding what took place back then.” “ Tell me, you’ve merged your spirits back to one being correct?”

“ Even when we first met? Back when I started my journey as the Avatar of the Green.”

He was taken aback. “You remembered my name.”

Raised eyebrow.🤨

“ Ivy.”

“ you seem like you needed the help. and so did they.” he answered, grateful to see her mood improve from this. “ besides, so long as the plant cells werent permanently dead, hope remained.”

He falls to his knees, he himself still grasping how to effectively & fully control these immense powers. This should have not been too taxing. “ T-there. I have restored your plants back to life as they were, reconstructing lost plant cells. Such focus is still to be mastered….”

It took several minutes before he suddenly poured a ridiculous amount og his will & energy, his connection to the Green consider powerful to the point he was, in a sense, reviving all of her destroyed plants as they were ‘reconstructed’ to their former state while attached to the ground.

“ I’ll explain later.” The elemental replied before getting on his knees, getting a feel for the Green around. A job seemingly done haphazardly. He just instinctively knew the plants that were destroyed now. The enigmatic avatar was very silent on the matter aa he first concentrates on —

“ Thank you.” Soon vines would entrap the both of them for a moment as she felt a sensation. Through the Green, he viewed her memory. He gotten better at it to the point he only got the location of her shop. The veins unravelled, the pair now standing where the entrance was.

“…..okay…” He says solemnly. There was a silence before Levi stood, vines & swamp matter covered him quickly. “ Allow ME to help you, Ivy. All is NOT lost yet.” Now stands before her Swamp Thing. Not simply Levi Kamei no longer.

“ And these babies you refer to were…..?” He inquired.

“ And this is upsetting you?” He looked to her with a raised eyebrow. His own experiences & Alec’s memory knows matters like these bother her but she seems a little more visibly upset.

“ Do you know who did it?”

“ How’d that happen?”
