You’re not media. You’re a super fan. Do you do this year-round or just hype it up to be considered? Do you have a website? A podcast? A YouTube channel? Uni should really offer different degrees of events inviting media, influencers, and super fans. It’s like they’re all lumped in one.

The thing about the Rockit is, along with Hogsmeade, it was the first project I started following via posting on YouTube and whatnot. So to see the attraction’s full life span in less than a couple decades is a little strange. I won’t miss riding it, but I’ll miss taking photos of it.

Imagine if a guy tapped a random woman on the shoulder who was in front of him in a line at a theme park and said “you’re doing a great job, mom” Because two older ladies felt the need to do that to me and my ghasted was kind of flabbered.
