"Ocean's Claws" A popular spot and a popular perspective. Still, stormy conditions and good #waves were the reasons why I decided to give this shot a go. This one is probably the only wave shot in my portfolio as I find this type of #photography particularly difficult. And the seagull cooperated.

The #beach offers so many fantastic opportunities for intimate and abstract images. As the North Sea is not ideally suited for grand vistas I oftentimes find myself pointing the camera downwards shooting the ever changing details of the tidal zone. #landscapephotography #landscape #ocean

A morning I will never forget! It was just a year earlier when I picked up a camera for the first time and decided to try #landscapephotography. Get up for #sunrise, shoot until #sunset and repeat. The lack of sleep was quickly forgotten as dawn broke and the scene came to life #photography

This might be my favourite shot from the 2023 - and also one of the most difficult focus stacks ever.. Never before have I seen this place with such vibrant fall colours and probably never will again. That’s what I love about #photography. It allows you to capture once in a lifetime moments!

Speaking of #creativity in my last post/tweet/whatdoyoucallit?! here’s an #image I haven’t shared anywhere. I usually take my good time editing and curating my images, but sometimes it’s nice to just put it out there. This was the most fun #landscapephotography outing I had this autumn!

If there ever was one pivotal moment in my #photography ‚career‘ then it’s probably this image. It taught me to look behind the curtain and embrace #landscapephotography to be more than just an actual representation of reality. Once you make that switch, true creativity sets in!
