Stellar Cove | 2024 Finding such subjects on a winter trip in Lofoten was part of the last visit as a warm front arrived and brought lots of rain and snowmelt. On one side the planned shots did not work out, on the other I came back with more creative shots which I otherwise wouldn't even notice.

I'm not sure I'll ever become tired of photographing fog drifting through a forest. This event isn't a rarity here in the Pacific Northwest, far from it, but every time I see it I'm unable to resist the urge to pull the car over as fast as possible. Time to grab the camera and enjoy nature's show.
