🧐 How big are the gender and ethnic pay gaps in Aotearoa New Zealand? Sizeable! 🧮 Our Senior Fellow Dave Maré recently estimated the size as at 2025. This was an update of research he did in 2023. 📉 Dave suggests one way to reduce the gender pay gap could be to make men’s pay rates lower.
