Lately, SCOTUS' approach to abortion-related speech is that anti-abortion advocates have First Amendment rights and abortion providers/proponents do not. So "crisis pregnancy centers" can lie to patients, but real doctors cannot refuse to give patients anti-abortion propaganda pushed by the state.

I love when I request needed public info, like communications between a state Senator and an anti-abortion lobbyist, and I'm only allowed to see 24 of 109 documents. What are they talking about that I can't see?👀 Are they writing more of our anti-abortion policies? (see third pic; my reporting)
