Had my oats and baked apples for suhoor. It triggered my histamine intolerance 😔 I’m confidant that I can’t consume cinnamon. It’s high time I experiment baking apples with nutmeg or allspice

As much as I dislike dietary restrictions, I get to skip attending cacophonous, brightly lit family dinners at restaurants. I can stay home and cook my own meals which is relaxing (until sensory overload happens lol). Also, hi. First post and I have no idea what I’m doing here on Bluesky.
