Hardest part about not being out at this time of year is seeing all the women in super cute outfits for the cold weather and not being able to do the same.

The best thing on this app is seeing so many trans women and trans men living their best lives. Revelling in their new bodies and showing themselves to the world. It makes me so happy seeing their joy.

After careful consideration I have had to make the decision to block the many, many accounts that are messaging me daily, asking for money to help their struggle in Gaza. It’s not that I don’t care - I truly do. It’s just that there are so many that it is impossible to determine which are genuine.

So I grew a beard during lockdown because I ran out of razors and couldn’t get any. But my family all loved it and told me how much it suited me and I should keep it. So here I am, stuck with a fucking beard and short hair, instead of beautiful long locks and a lovely smooth face.

Every day of my life, the same thought runs through my head - ‘I want to be a woman’. Every. Single. Day.

One of my friends who, like everyone else, has no idea I’m trans, is constantly posting the most wonderful things on FB in support of Trans Rights. She is an amazing ally. If I ever did decide to come out, she’s someone I can totally trust to support me. She’s the best!

Sitting, relaxing, in the sunshine today and trying desperately to contain my jealousy of all the women wearing pretty summer dresses.

Events of the last week or so have reinforced my decision not to transition. I have been very upset by all the anti-trans rhetoric and vitriol, and I’m not even out, so none of it is directed at me personally. I can only begin to imagine how those who are out are feeling right now.

Note to self: never ever ever read the comments on news reports about trans issues. They will just make you want to cry at the levels of bigotry and ignorance on display. They will just make you despair at the society we live in now. Well done to the fascists who have thrown us under the bus.

All the insistence that people’s safety is paramount, but exactly how safe do they think trans women will be in a pub’s men’s room? I’d suggest the odds of a trans woman being assaulted in a men’s room are far higher than the odds of a cis woman being assaulted by a trans woman in the ladies’ room.

How long do we think it’ll be before the next news story about a woman being assaulted in a public toilet by someone who thought she was trans because she didn’t look feminine enough to them? Or a trans woman being hospitalised after just trying to go for a pee in the pub?

The most unbelievable thing about Batman is that he’s a billionaire who wants to help others.

Loving the brighter weather coming in now. So fresh and beautiful. Just wish I could wear a pretty summer dress when it gets warmer.

Cruel people are never kind because they see it as weakness. They fear being seen as weak because they think people would be cruel to them - because that’s what they themselves do to those they perceive to be weak. They’ll never know the strength in kindness.

Some people can be so judgemental and confrontational online. They are determined to castigate you for not conforming to their idea of what a trans person should be, or like. Anyone who hasn’t struggled the way they have isn’t worthy. It’s kinda sad, really.

Watching your daughter turn into a woman before your eyes is such a beautiful, bittersweet time.

The US really is determined to alienate all its allies, isn’t it. The next time it gets itself into a war it had better not expect the rest of us to rush to fight alongside them.

How long do we think it will be before a significant number of people who voted for Trump will realise they’re being screwed over? And what will be left of the US by then? Once the envy of the world, the US is becoming a laughing stock.

We all know the real reason men on the right are trying to suppress trans women is because they find us attractive and that challenges their sense of masculinity.

The US Government will not rest until it has eradicated transgender rights completely. They want trans people to cease to exist. They won’t win. We have existed since humans have existed and will still be here long after the haters are gone.

This is my favorite picture of Stonewall. They knew they were getting arrested just for being LGBTQ+. Yet... they're still here, standing outside of the boarded up Stonewall Inn, smiling as the world was at a fever pitch of hatred against them. I think about it a lot in moments like this.

They want to jail teachers who use trans kids’ preferred pronouns? Fucking hell. So if you beat the crap out of a cop you can go free but if you call a kid ‘she’ you get sent to prison? USA really is one fucked up place.

IKEA has Blåhaj on sale for less than half price. I really wanted to get one but I resisted temptation. I did try and persuade my daughter that she wanted one, but she wasn’t interested. 🤷🏻‍♀️
