A weird thing about an #ECR group leader in mid 2020s is that loads of grants are stuck at the same level for years, not accountin for the 20% inflation in the past few years. E.g. A max grant cap of £5000 in 2020 now only has £4000 worth of spending power in 2024. Ladder keeps getting pulled!
