This may sound crazy but I think it's important to have a creative outlet you don't show anyone. I have a couple, including poetry, that I don't show anyone, even my husband, because then I can create things without worrying about it even being presentable, and it turns art back into play again.

I don't usually do warmup sketches so I figured I'd try and see if that helps, and also I'm an idiot with this kind of sense of humor.
