At the end of September, we launched the pilot cohort of the Birdaro training program, welcoming 60 individuals from 24 different open-source projects: Birdaro.org

Next Wednesday (5 November), we’re hosting “An introduction to project management for scientists.” In this 2-hour online session, you’ll learn how to differentiate projects from operations, and discuss the 7 qualities of a successful project leader.

This week at CSCCE, we’re at the halfway point of the Birdaro training program, and transitioning from “governance” to “documentation” (more below!), it’s week 5 of Nurturing Online Communities, and there’s still 4 spots left in our upcoming project management training!
