Today the Y10 Hospitality and Catering students were given a great opportunity thanks to #HeroesFish and #DFDS who supplied us with mussels free of charge🙏 These were turned into Thai style mussels in class🥘 Most students had not tried them before, but looked to enjoy having a go at cooking them😋

Last week we had West Yorks Fire & Rescue in school to deliver an exciting yet informative demonstration! 🚒 They showed students how teams responded to an RTC with casualties and used real life dummies (our staff) as they cut out and rescued them! 👏🏼 A great part of our #PersonalDevelopment offer!
