Our latest phage paper has been published in Clinical Infectious Diseases! We walk through the bioinformatic methods we use to identify and characterise phages for phage therapy. Check it out: academic.oup.com/cid/article/... @linsalrob.bsky.social @npbhavya.bsky.social
