Here's some good news for your Friday, according to the latest research from PerCapita, cooperatives help to generate more jobs and better jobs than corporations!

Thanks, in part, to the solidarity of our members, here's farmers in Timor Leste taking part in agroecology and climate change adaption and mitigation training through APHEDA and its local partners.

Our members are using us to make a difference in the world! We made a small contribution to campaign funding but credit goes to the Gunditjmara-led Southern Ocean Protection Embassy Collective and Friends of the Earth Melbourne (one of our co-owners).

Intrinsic to the cooperative model is spending for member benefit. Today, we've transferred $3850.00 to Earthworker Cooperative to cover member rebates for worker cooperative made solar hot water systems.

Last week we transferred $3.5K to RAHU - Renters And Housing Union for its Fight for the Future campaign for safe and secure housing for all. Housing should be a universal right not a commodity for the few! #CoPowerBudget
