That's a fine plan. I understand what you have missed better now. I don't think that we'll see a course like teachyourselfcs.com fully in Rust anytime soon, though. People usually unconstrained in what learning materials, languages, etc they can use, especially when learning is self-directed.

I learned #Rust as a first programming language. The difficult part is not what you think it is. Not the syntax, not the borrow checker, not the low level thinking, none of that. Most of these were excellent learning opportunities, giving me excellent fondations and understanding of core principles.

I couldn’t fathom that my criteria for basic #design common sense was not universally practiced in #Japan 👀 Yahoo.co.jp / Rakuten.co.jp The #UI cram as much info as physically possible, and the visual hierarchy was completely opaque to me.
