Hello Pals,most of our opharns didn't wake up feeling well this Friday.Meet young,Juliet,an opharn we enrolled in our poor school this term but currently not feeling well.Juliet is sick and require support with medical bills to get treated. Today,our opharns are not studying up to Tuesday next week following the government directions on the Easter festival.However,we're still short with finances to pay off our teachers salaries.We still need a bit more help with labor,and others. Hopefully you have a good Friday than their jesus had!

Hello Friends,yesterday's rains have truly been a blessing 🌧️.Our garden, which we prepared with so much effort, is now ready and almost “calling out” for seeds. Despite the gloomy start to the day, we’ve already begun planting corns, and it’s encouraging to see that the process is going well so far.

Hello Pals,feeding your neighbor is punk.Feeding opharns and giving them a right to free science and art based education,is what we try doing at our mighty Kasese Youth Humanists Foundation School.Today,at lunch time,our opharns and teachers were able to feast on corn flour served with bean soup.

Hello Pals,today morning amidst this rainy season and following an extension of our nursery beds by the November last year,it has been our second time to dish out tree seedlings to the community.Over 500 Cocoa seedlings were taken by a tuktuk for transplanting. Environmentalism in action,we move!🌱

Hello friends,it rained cats and dogs yesterday, and as our builders continue to with the construction work of our Opharnage house now at beam level, I picked up some Ashoka, jackfruit, and an ovacado tree seedlings from our nursery beds and transplanted them this weekend.

Hello Pals,Eid day,went on smartly and amazing for our poor school children. Yesterday was a public holiday and we happily dished out a special meal last night and it was definitely a blessing to have this milestone.Fried rice and bean soup on top of every tray.Thanks immensely to our generous Pals.

For breakfast today,we managed to prepare a heavy meal of corn flour(posho) that has been served with Amaranthus (dodo),silver fish and peanuts as soup.Feeding opharns on such delicious meals promotes a healthy growth.They just had a natural meal.Thanks immensely,Pal! Food is a basic need of Life!

Hello Pals,at the beginning of this term,I sourced in a full box of teaching chalk for teachers use and this morning,I have realized it that the teachers are ensuring proper use of the chalk towards giving knowledge to the opharns.This Wednesday,we barely have anything to feed everyone at school.

Hello Pals, today just marked the beginning of the sixth week since the first term started.The number of learners remain constantly 278 opharns and following the increase in number of learners,classrooms are often compacted as p.1-p.3 still study under trees from the previous disaster we faced.
