During the character illustration phase, I asked @cyanstar5.bsky.social, who is an expert of cuteness, to design G-DREAMS costumes in the metal area. The battle sprite was finally updated🙌 I'll preserve metal form, because... A unique costume for only YUMELODY may appear in the future🤠

The stage illustration by @cyanstar5.bsky.social has moved to the digitization process, which I'm doing carefully by hand. It's a sunny and clear day in Yokohama, in comparison to the first game, so I'm wondering whether to write new BGM or reprise it

🎵Sound test It seems that many sounds are achievable by modulating in strange ways. I'm using an SFC tracking software with basic instruments, which are modulated to sounds like punch, laser, jet, etc.. Just by experimenting madly, it's possible to write a lot of original sounds

Today, MEGASTAR target combo has been added. An additional visual was drawn on the heavy attack, which continues to the second heavy attack. MEGASTAR is not a professional boxer or anything, so just swing your arms wildly and strongly💪

It was a bit of work, but I was successful in matching the image I had dreamed of. Like RINGKING's throw attack, there is a chance for MEGASTAR to increase the Super gauge. If there are stars, 🚀fly into them, while the opponent is being held !

The Super attack, of which there are 4 levels of strength, can be used after collecting stars. Along with Kirby, the visual was inspired by another character as well. Is it too obvious ? ?😂

Stars have begun to appear on the stage when choosing MEGASTAR. First there is only one. At every full moon or sun, another star appears somewhere. If you collect them, you may be able to use a powerful attack. When both players are MEGASTAR, lots of stars are available

Jet Blast became the only air attack of MEGASTAR which does not knock down, so I improved the impact. Now, the hitstun is increased for the longer it is active, to a certain maximum. The attack can continue reliably with more possibility

The Super attack system that belongs only to MEGASTAR is still not installed, so it's hard to defeat RINGKING. I hope that the idea I wrote for it happens to be fun to play...
