Visited the monthly Artisan Sunday Market at my local community forest centre. Treated myself to a beautiful hand carved wooden crochet needle with interchangeable hooks. Also couldn’t resist a hand carved wooden penguin, a lavender sachet and a Purple Passion plant in a gorgeous hummingbird mug.

Rather proud of myself but putting my new bin store together today despite the blister on the palm of my hand. Obviously these hands are too soft for manual labour 🤣

Went to the funeral of a friend I’d only known for 18 months as a woman in her 70s. Learned so much about her incredible life during the eulogy. Made me think about how little we actually know about some of the people who pass through our lives and what amazing stories people have to tell.
