There seems to be a loud minority of VRChat players that always complain about avatar performance limits and I swear they are some of the most entitled people. People like that need to realize that not everyone is rocking a $3,000+ gaming PC.

I genuinely feel bad when someone tries talking to me and wants to hangout but I'm always too busy. I often worry that they'll think I'm just pretending to be too busy to hangout, but that's not the case. I barely have time to hangout with my existing friends as is.

I completed the first Metal Gear Solid game on stream last night and I definitely understand why it's popular now. It's a pretty good game and did a lot of interesting things that stood out when it was originally released. Despite a few frustrating moments, I enjoyed the game quite a bit.

I'm not really active in the VRChat club scene anymore, but I think it's great seeing a lot of new names on DJ lineups lately. It shows that a lot more people started to pickup DJing, and that's great to see.

Part of me wants to replay through the Jak and Daxter trilogy on stream in the future, but another part of me remembers how difficult Jak II is and makes me not want to touch it again.

I've been thinking more about why this album didn't click for me for a while and I think it's mostly down to the fact that every song is like 5+ minutes long. I listen to albums as a whole, so each song being long can make a full album listening session boring. Each song is good, though.

It took over 6 months, but I think the latest Lorna Shore album finally clicked for me. I'm enjoying it quite a bit now.

I keep seeing mixed things about the Fatal Frame 2 remake, so I guess it's good that I decided not to buy it yet.

So I finished Resident Evil Requiem last night and I really enjoyed it. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't yet, though I suggest at least playing the Resident Evil 2 remake first.

I was considering getting the Fatal Frame 2 remake to play on stream after I finish Resident Evil Requiem but I'm honestly not super interested in the game at the moment. I think I'm going to wait until later to decide whether to get the game or not.

While trying to get a room for some conventions can be really stressful, that's no excuse to call and verbally harass con and hotel staff. I'm assuming the people who do this have never worked in customer service before.

I still have yet to get this after paying them back at the end of November with them giving an ETA of a week. I'm just going to keep messaging them randomly asking for updates every so often. I already plan to never use the asset after this commission experience anyway. I'm considering it a loss.

Okay, I finally decided to buy it. Now to find someone to retexture it and set it up. It'll probably be a while as I currently have another avatar of mine being worked on at the moment.

So I was using a public Spiri'vali avatar to test it out yesterday, and I definitely think I might get one sometime in the future. I'm already attempting to brainstorm ideas on how to incorporate my fursona's design onto it, though it'll probably be a while before I decide to get it.

So after putting a few hours into Alien Isolation, I have to say the game is more frustrating than scary. I'm not necessarily hating the game, but those frustrating parts really stand out. I'm not sure if I'm going to try continuing it or not. I guess we'll see how I'm feeling next week.

I've never played any of the Metal Gear Solid games before but have always wanted to try them, so I just bought the first three titles on Steam. I might attempt to stream the first game on Twitch sometime in the future.

So one of the most annoying parts about this is that I just had to leave about 100 Discord servers since I'd be limited to 100 total now. Yes, I was in about 200 Discord servers...

While I might be a "no name" when it comes to Twitch, I've had multiple people over the past year tell me that they enjoy my streams and that's honestly very flattering. I genuinely appreciate the kindness and support I have received and I'm glad people enjoy what I do.

Just a reminder that its ok to unplug from this world if you need it. The mind wasn't designed to be bombarded by constant bad news 24/7 that plagues this world and It will eventually wear you down. Never feel guilty about being protective of your headspace, especially nowadays with how things are.

Welp, I cancelled my Discord Nitro. It's going to be annoying using the app without some of the perks, but I'm not supporting them financially if they plan to have forced age verification. On the plus side, I have an extra $10 a month.

Maybe this is a sign that I should get an Avali if I ever decide to get another avatar. I was eyeing the Spiri'vali earlier and that's probably the one I'd get if I decided to. I question if my fursona's design would work on an Avali, though.

I honestly feel bad for the people working for VRChat. It feels like no matter what they do, people will complain and never be happy. The people that complain the most also obviously know nothing about all the costs and complications that come with trying to run a VR social platform as big as it.

Multiple friends have told me that I was added to Fortnite. I'm not Mordecai!

Even with the recent TOS changes to TikTok, I have a feeling a large amount of people will continue to use the platform and try to ignore the issues. Hell, there are a large amount of people that still insist on using Twitter even with all the crap going on there.

If someone chooses to unfriend or block you based on rumors without even talking to you about it, they were never a real friend. It's concerning to me how many people will choose to blindly believe rumors about someone without even getting that person's side of the story.

I wonder if the online multiplayer will work when Forza Horizon 6 releases. I remember it not working for Forza Horizon 5 for most of the first year it was out, and that was disappointing. The constant disconnects basically ruined the game for my friends and I when we tried to play together.
