#BigBadCon - The Sina Una team, *my* team, had a panel together. Then we all sat around a big table and it reminded me why I do this. The work matters, leading, and caring matters. Some of my team isn't able to make it to BBC, but we work together in hopes of getting them there.

- "We did the hard work in Sina Una, for Tails I wanted to have fun!" - "The little bit of me is a giant crab with a gun." - "It became a rabbit hole. How can we find more people? How can we make this space more colorful?" - "We built the bridge & invite people to walk over."
