I made a ROM hack/patch for Gunhed on the PC Engine also (a.k.a. Blazing Lazers), increasing the overall volume of the music, SFX, and voice samples. github.com/Newsdee/pce-... as a bonus, it includes a utility to inject your own voice samples, if you want to customize yout game further!
