Dad's home after a several-day stay at the hospital. Turns out he didn't have a stroke, but it puzzled the ER for a bit. Hospital says he overdosed by 3x the maximum dose on his epilepsy meds. He'll be okay but needs to recover. No damage to his heart or brain. Thanks to everyone for your support.
