For the third time this week, I’ve become interested on somebody who is moderately well known on the Internet, looked them up, & saw that they were friends with friends. It makes sense as my friends are smart, fun, and exceptional… of course they are friendly with similar people… And me.

I took a day off yesterday from working out & I feel awful today.

Oh, the Harry Styles album is a delightful dance pop album that wears it’s influences proudly and openly. It owes so much of the sound to Gavilan Russom & Johnny Greenwood while being a product of Harry. I really like this album.

I’m really irritated at past Ned. Past Ned forgot to charge the massage gun. Current Ned needs to massage his thighs. Future Ned will not be able to sleep if his thighs ache. Past Ned’s irresponsibility is harming two different people as I will not be the same person in the future that I am now.

I receive a fitness/wellness newsletter daily from a organization that promotes vegetarianism. They include links to articles about a variety of topics. Lately though, a third of the articles have been about menopause. That seems to be an over representation of the topic.

Every couple of days for the last six years I think about “it’s a disaster” which is the best satirical film about group dynamics as everything is falling apart around you. I will admit that it is a comfort film for me. It makes me laugh & makes me hope that I will be better than some of them.

I had an excellent Sunday. I fell asleep early enough, where when I woke up at midnight, I felt rested. I took the opportunity to hydrate and get something to eat. And then slept for another six hours. Good start to a week.
