Yep. Definitely sick with something. COVID test was negative, will double-check that in a few days, but damn. Definitely feeling the fatigue, congestion, and occasional soreness. Definitely more than jet-lag.

Gotta love the royal pain of getting back in time zone. I spend most of the day fine, and then not long into evening, exhaustion starts hitting HARD.

Honestly, the best way to make an artist’s day is by being very specific about what you like about a piece. Geek out a lil. Gush over how they use line, color, texture. Every mark is layed down by the artist, so if you can connect with those little moments, it helps the artist feel seen.

Well, less than 24 hours until I'm on the plane back home. Checked in online, looking forward to getting back to my cat, and friends, and house, and everything.

Just nine more days until I go back to the states. I look forward to being back home on the 23rd, though I won't be doing much of substance until the 25th, at least. Maybe a stream, maybe some writing on the 24th, but 8 hours jetlag is gonna be a biiiiiitch. Nine more days.
