Even after a day like today where we manage to help a lot of people, somebody manages to find a way to show me just how much my brother hates my family and it hurts.

I was texting with my therapist last night and she said "Think about your life a year or more ago and see how far you've come." I've come from not caring if I kept on living, to being on top of the world. I still have a lot of work to do, but I can see over the clouds now and the view is brighter.

Woke up at 3:30 with an anxiety attack and couldn't fall back to sleep. Now it's time to be up and I am absolutely exhausted.

Mental illness is hard. I feel 10 feet tall one day and then crash down to the ground that night. I've been planning, & arranging things so much lately that I've barely taken care of myself. I just want somebody to be like "Here, you're exhausted I've planned a break for you-"

We are at the halfway point in the week, and I am on track to have all of the major planning mostly done by the end of the day today! Plus, I have managed to mostly keep up with chores at home! I am so excited for gameday on Saturday!!!

Kids were up about 5 times last night for random things. I guess they don't sleep as well when daddy is gone, either. So happy he is coming home today!

Logistics & food for 645 people during the day, planning for a brake light clinic at night.

So the guy who decapitated a whale and the guy who stared directly into the sun during an eclipse solved autism. Cool, cool.

This week: My husband is out of town for 3 days, I have to plan all of the logistics and food for 600+ people, plus get merchandise ready, then I have to actually execute on all of my plans on Saturday. I could use an assistant myself! 😂

Yesterday was absolutely 🌟magical🌟 and then my kiddos and husband got to see arguably the most exciting part of the game and me at work. 😊 What a day!

Working my first gameday tomorrow!!!! So. Freaking. Excited!! Go Broncos! 🤩🤎💛

My daughter asked me for 3 more kisses tonight before bed, and I obliged. After the 3rd kiss was given, she smiled and said, "Awe, that makes my heart smile!" 🥹 With all the ugliness in the world, I needed that.
