The game genuinely feels like it was built for endgame spreadsheet min-maxers in mind, which is fine IMO! It's okay to have a focus on endgame farming and build optimization for experienced players. The problem is that players have to actually get to that point without tearing their hair out.

I've played plenty of ARPGs and never has one been so frustrating, cryptic, and not-fun.

The new player experience in Pathxile 2 is so fucking abysmal btw I have no clue why I'm dying everywhere I go but the game sure hasn't taught me what i'm supposed to be doing! I have no clue how to tell what gear is worthwhile, or what to level. If I need a guide to play your game you've failed.
