#TransformationTuesday 2016 to Saturday just gone. I'd not long started lifting after completing physio due to a partial dislocation in my right clavicle that occurred 11 years ago (put me out of action for pretty much all of 2015). Roughly a 25kg difference between the 2, Low 70s to upper 90s.

And that's the first gym session of 2026 done in prep for Suck My Disco tonight. Gotta get that chest growing this year!

Reflection of 2025 (annual tradition) For the most part, it sucked. Some close friendships unpleasantly died out after fighting to the bitter end for them. But I made new ones that have helped put the pieces back together, joined a rugby club, and I go out in Manchester more. May 2026 be better.

Legs done, 95.7kg today, and to be honest, I'm not even mad about it as I expected to look and feel worse, given I fell off the track for a while. 1 week to go, and it cannot fly by quick enough!

Went to Manchester as a last effort to find anything decent for holiday. Came back home with 2 new flannel shirts, so I'm one of those guys that digs flannel shirts a lot.

95kg as of today, so I'm not doing too bad. Just have to keep the new momentum going for the next 3 weeks before I go away to Orlando.
