I just watched My Secret Santa on Netflix and it is an absolute gem. It is SO, so deeply bad in all the right ways. If you need something to hate watch for Christmas with friends, I think this is the one.

Books are the perfect Christmas gift. You give a piece of yourself to someone special. The person receiving the gift thinks that you think they are smart (regardless if this is actually true or not). They're easy to get and fairly inexpensive. Plus, they're easy to wrap. Give books.

How did I only just watch 'Last Holiday'?? It had everything I want from a movie! Funny characters, kind hearted plot, great cast, super cosy visuals. Highly recommend for around Christmas and New Years! (Because that's when the movie is set!)✨

FYI, your library has movies you can check out for the holiday weekend. They may have toys, board games, or activity kits to check out for the kids and grandkids. The library is awesome and you should check it out.
