Spent Saturday night on the Universal Studios back lot where they shot the town square exteriors for the Back to the Future movies. They had live actors doing an immersive experience, recreating scenes from the movie. Super fun!

PAX East was a blast last week. Good to be back in my old stomping grounds of Boston for a bit, reconnect with some friends, and make new ones. Hopefully I'll get back next year! Here's a little fun video I made.

A neat thing: my first appearance on a GDC speaker card! Top rated speakers from the previous year get their picture in the deck the following year. It's a fun little gesture of appreciation, and a nice memento for all the hard work it takes to put together a talk. GDC recovery weekend begins now.

Returned to Jedi: Survivor this week and have been chipping away at 100%-ing it. It's kind of shocking how much bigger it is than the previous game, and I'm finding the end game platforming puzzles really fun!

One of the highlights of working on the OST for Guild Wars 2 End of Dragons was collaborating with an artist named Joyce Kwon, who wrote a beautiful song called A World Without You. Golden hour nap.

I'm assembling my first "solo album" and sifting through tracks that are in various states of completion. I've wanted to do this for years but always found it very intimidating. Now, I'm just chipping away at each song one by one and the end is in sight. I'm more excited than overwhelmed now!

White Lotus season 3 going from strength to strength and living up to the excellent legacy of the past two seasons. Big miss on the opening theme, though. I'm really surprised they went in that direction rather than adapt the tube from the previous seasons.

Doing boring tax stuff, but at least I've got a sweet beast keeping me company.

I recently watched the entire Twilight Saga for the first time. I must admit I was very entertained. I genuinely think the first one is interesting. It's bizarre and nonsensical in a lot of ways, but there's something genuine about how it captures the feeling of falling for someone when you're young
