In a month I'm heading to Milwaukee to play in the main event at the first Lorcana Challenge of this play season. I am incredibly in my head about it. I have no illusions of placing high enough to get any of the special prizes, but I'd like to at least make a decent showing for myself.

Today's going to be a short day at BFC for me. Will get up there a little after noon, and will need to jet before dinner.

Feeling much better this morning. Will be heading up to BFC around 11. I have no idea if anyone is interested, but I've thrown a handful of Lorcana decks in my bag. If anyone was curious and wanted to learn how to play (or even just look at the art), happy to facilitate that.

Bleh. I feel like a terrible friend. Woke up this morning not feeling well. Thought I'd powered through it, got halfway to BFC, realized I forgot my badge, got back home to pick it up, stood up from the car and had a wave of vertigo and nausea. So I ended up begging off for tonight.

All that being said, if you DO have good things to say about your convention experiences - regardless of convention! - share them with the con! People want to hear what works well so they can keep doing it, and maybe make them even better!

Following on something @daddysnowkitty.bsky.social posted a few minutes ago, I think the "you don't know the impact you have on people's lives" is the major reason I continue to invest in MFF. (Thoughts my own, and not representative of the con, and not speaking for the con)

Unsure how I'm really feeling about BFC right now. Having a kinda down week, which I'm sure isn't helping. It's always a weird space for me, because I'm pretty much only DL, so most of the activities/panels don't really appeal.

2 hours of staring at Visio trying to design updated hall layouts.... time to take a break. >.<

It's funny seeing ABDL artists joke about clients always asking "Can you make the diaper bigger", because just once I asked an artist if they could draw a diaper a little thinner and they flat out refused. Y'all artists are just as guilty of Big Diaper propaganda is all I'm saying.

Getting ready for a marathon of MFF meetings.

Tomorrow is going to be another really busy day. Need to get up in the morning, run out and pick up my order from Target, stop at Safeway, and then I have 4-5 hours of MFF meetings starting at noon.

And now, after a busy day. Time for diaper, dinner, and games.

On another note, this year being a huge year of transition has been really good for finally executing on stuff that has been pending for a long time around the house. Replaced all the furniture in Res's room, upgraded the kitchen storage, slowly working towards downsizing the books and dvds....

It does feel weird needing glasses more full time now, at least when I'm reading or at the computer, but another sign of getting older, and there's nothing wrong with that. At least I look pretty cute in glasses. At least I think so. And it's rare that I think I look cute in anything.

Today was a productive day. Started out at the Optometrist and had my eye exam leading to a prescription for progressive computer/reading glasses. Then @reskittn.houseofmow.com and I went up to IKEA and picked up this kitchen island (which Kero took immediately to).

I was in New York City last week for work. I had gone into the trip - 3 days of planning meetings for the upcoming 6 months - with a fair amount of nervousness and trying to understand what I, as someone only employed there for 1 month could really contribute.

It's that time again... No Pants O'Clock. And it's true, I'm not pausing games tonight, the shirt doesn't lie.

I'm in NYC for work. I told my manager that any night that we didn't have anything going on that he could find me at the theater. Tuesday I saw (w/my manager and a coworker) Oh, Mary with Tiduss Burgess. Tonight, 2nd row seats to Moulin Rouge. Wayne Brady just took over the role of Harold Zidler.

Well, pretty much the end of my work week here. Let's look at some stats. The first image is since Sunday (Inclusive). The second image is the entire month of June.

This week has been something of a challenge, but ultimately is going to have a good result, I think. A 🧵 A couple months ago my therapist, my doctor, and myself all agreed that I likely no longer need the anti-anxiety meds. This is good! At the time we reduced my dosage by 50% to titrate down.

A THIRD day diapered? Madness!

Dear brain. It's 3PM on a Thursday. You need to be focusing on something other than a thread you want to write about diapers and body positivity :P

Speaking of diapers, it does appear that one good thing about my disaster with medication this week has me wanting to wear diapers more. I don't know if it's a full resurgence of my libido yet, but it's a step in the right direction.

Apparently I did so poorly healing that dungeon that less than 90 seconds after I got out PG&E decided that I didn't deserve power. Been about 75 minutes and still waiting for an ETR to populate.

It's no pants o'clock...It's been 6 days since my last diaper.

Feeling a little off today. Stuff kinda struggling to reconcile in my head and figure out who I am right now. Nothing new, for folks who talk to me frequently, just the voices are louder today than normal.

OK, well, that was insta-ordered....

I suppose I can do this for a third day in a row...
