Sept 2025 Fitness Goals: -- So tho I was good about lifting and got a little back into cycling, I was bad about hitting my eating targets and lost some weight. September was a bit of a wash TBH 😭 but not gonna beat myself up about it and will look to refocus this month 💪🏻! How'd your goals go? 🥰
