#York The replica York Zero Post photographed at York Railway Station on 24th February 2023. Mile posts were a historic system used by railway companies to measure lines and calculate fares, with ‘Zero Posts’ marking the start of where each line was measured from.

That is a gorgeous photo of the bridge!

Still in use for walking, cycling & public transport today!

I remember going down there and buying crabs and fish straight off the boats for cheap. Very fresh produce.
