Finally got around to watching Blade Runner 2049 - it was just as amazing as I was hoping! 10/10 imo! Here are some of my favourite stills.

Week 1 of fixing my diet has been *mostly* successful! Eating better overall, but caved eating gluten two days in a row. Which is still ok because it’s a process! Been drinking my protein drink every morning and making better choices in snacks/lunch 💪🏼 let’s see if I can do better in week 2

When you become disabled, the equipment and resources you now need are not simply handed to you, as many currently-abled folks believe. Disabled people, who usually have less usable hours in their day, are often required to jump through significantly more hoops to have their basic needs met.
