And there's a full day of eating! I prioritize protein, but I make sure the source isn't only meat (see: seeds, nuts, grains). Several cups of veg! I also eat a lot of berries 'cos there's too many good things in 'em. This is how I healed my chronic pain. Each meal took me less than 20 minutes.
