Checked my work email and it looks like I have an interview lined up. I originally thought the role was fully remote, but it turns out it’s hybrid and would require driving to Anaheim. Not ideal, but there’s no harm in taking the interview and seeing what the arrangement actually looks like. 🤷‍♀️

I was feeling deeply poo poo today, but then I came home to a package full of Cards (my former employer) merch! They sent me so many little treasures, including hoodies, which are objectively the highest form of workplace affection. 🤍

I was glad she was doing better, but being told to “try harder” by someone who could choose whether or not to work and still never worry about rent, groceries, or basic survival because her husband had everything covered... no.

Like, in Resident Evil: Apocalypse, the T-virus is credited to Dr. Charles Ashford, whose daughter Angela needed it for her degenerative condition. Sony’s own synopsis calls Ashford “the creator of the mutating T-virus." OK, fine.

I can’t stop thinking about how much I hate the live-action Resident Evil movies. I spent $40 buying all of them, and while I’m glad to own the physical copies, I’m not thrilled to report that I was not “too young to judge them” or “being too harsh.” They really are just like that. 😂

Wrapped up End of Zoe DLC for Resident Evil 7! What fun! I think it might have been the most challenging DLC so far? I was having a helluva time with the gator-infested pier near the end. 😂 All this time I thought Zoe got a sour ending! Glad I was wrong!

Resident Evil Code: Veronica was my favorite entry when I was a kid. I found it so strange and compelling, and my brother and I would play it together, switching off between Chris and Claire. So, it has this very specific, sentimental little place in my heart. I’m so thrilled it’s being remade!
